Heritage Homes Supportive Living provides safe, stable, and affordable housing for adults who need a supportive place to live while maintaining independence. Our homes are shared living environments designed to promote stability, respect, and community.

We provide fully furnished shared bedrooms in residential homes for men and women located throughout Allegheny County. Homes include shared kitchens, common living areas, laundry access, Wi-Fi, and utilities.

Applicants must: • Have verifiable monthly income • Be able to live independently without direct supervision • Be willing to share a bedroom • Agree to maintain a drug and alcohol-free living environment • Sign and follow the program agreement

We commonly house: • Veterans • Independent seniors • Returning citizens • Adults with low income • Individuals transitioning from unstable housing

Residents have access to shared kitchens to prepare their own meals. Some locations may offer optional meal support depending on program partnerships.

Heritage Homes Supportive Living provides housing and property management, but residents live independently. We are not a treatment facility or supervised program.

Yes. Our homes maintain a quiet, structured environment with 24/7 exterior and common area surveillance to promote safety and accountability.

Housing costs vary depending on the home and room availability. Residents pay affordable monthly rent that includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and furnishings. There is a one-time programming fee of $250.00 per approved resident that helps cover the cost associated with preparing a resident's placement and maintaining a safe, structured living environment.
