At Heritage Homes our mission is to provide safe, stable, and affordable housing for individuals seeking a secure place to live while rebuilding, transitioning, or establishing independence.

Heritage Homes is a co-ed independent living program based in Pittsburgh, PA designed to serve the following demographics:
Veterans facing homelessness
Returning Citizens (Prior Incarceration)
Independent Senior Citizens
Individuals facing Mental Health Challenges
Individuals facing Major Life Transitions
OUR
HOUSING
MODEL
We operate shared living homes located throughout Allegheny County, PA.
Each shared housing unit typically includes:
3 - 4 bedrooms
Two residents per a shared bedroom
Shared kitchen & common living spaces
Fully furnished residences
Utilities and Wi-Fi included
24/7 Security surveillance
Onsite laundry
Safe, stable, drug & alcohol-free environment

Case Management Support
Behavioral Health Referrals
Employment and Income Assistance
Life Skills Coaching
Connection to Community Programs
Our goal is to support residents as they transition towards permanent housing.
